The Joe Joe Bear foundation is well-known for providing teddy bears to children with life-threatening illnesses. Rosenberg Lions Club 5K Run
The Rosenberg Lions Club and the Fort Bend County Fair have one major value in common – giving back to the Fort Bend Community. Their annual 5K Run not only kicks off the parade and fair festivities, it raises money for the County Fair Scholarship Fund, as well as for the Lions Club Charities Fund. Awaited almost as anxiously as the County Fair itself, the County Fair Parade proudly displays its passion for community and tradition each year. Raising money for a cause as complex as cancer can be hard work, but The American Cancer Society knows that it
can be fun, too! Their fundraising event, Couture for the Cause, is an annual fashion show with a new theme called Garden Glitz.
