Monarch Butterflies Migration
Come for a photo and video tour of El Rosario and Sierra Chinqua, and get an update on this endangered phenomenon presented by Diane Russell, PhD.  Monarch butterflies from Canada and the eastern United States take a 3,000 mile journey every fall to overwinter in fir trees found only at the highest elevations in the trans volcanic mountain range of Michoacan, Mexico. Graphic Novel Day
This event will feature guest appearances, talks and book signings by popular graphic novelists Charise Harper, Mike Maihack and George O’Connor.  Families are welcome to dress up as their favorite superheroes.  Each child will receive a free comic book as part of the National Free Comic Book Day celebration. Books will be available for sale and signing. A portion of the sales will benefit the Friends of the Library organization. Street Eats Saturdays

Motor Madness and Art Walk
Come out for a great day of cool cars and beautiful art in Historic Downtown Richmond. The Motor Madness car show will take place at City Hall with a live DJ.  Awards will be given at 5 pm.  Shop and sip wine while meeting the artists showcased at participating merchants and the outdoor vendors specializing in hand-crafted/artwork.  Contact Erica at historicrichmondtx@gmail.com.

Tea Parties at the 1883 Moore Home

Czech Kolache Klobase Festival
