For over 60 years, quality vision care has been associated with the name Wilkinson in the Rosenberg-Richmond area. Dr. Jack Wilkinson opened his first optometric practice in downtown Rosenberg in 1949. In 1973, Dr. Jack Wilkinson’s son, Dr. Larry, joined the practice.
When Dr. Jack retired in 1999, Dr. Larry continued to expand the practice. Dr. Ouida Middleton, Dr. Faris Ohan and Dr. Naadei Nikoi have become associates in the practice. The practice, now named Vision Trends Eye Care, has moved a few times over the past many years but has always served the Richmond-Rosenberg area. For the past 25 years, Vision Trends Eye Care has been located at 4000 Avenue I in Rosenberg, across from the LCISD administration building.
Vision Trends Eye Care provides routine vision care, as well as treatment of medical eye conditions. The practice specializes in contact lenses, and the optical dispensary offers one of the largest selection of eyeglass frames in Fort Bend County. From the budget line to an extensive collection of designer frames, there is something for everyone. Most insurance plans are accepted.
