Campfire Christmas is Back at The George Ranch Historical Park!

Gather your friends, family or co-workers for a super fun evening under the stars designed to put you in a holiday mood.  Spaces for the approximately two-hour-long experience are available on Friday, December 10th, Saturday December 11th and Saturday December 17th .  A separate daytime children’s event, Lone Ranger Christmas Caper, will also be offered on December 17th.  All details for both are at www.georgeranch.org or click here for tickets  https://www.georgeranch.org/event-calendar/

Here’s how Campfire Christmas works:

  • Choose the date and time for your dinner seating.  Arriving on time is essential!
  • Each seating is limited to 30 guests, and each group will have a designated guide for the evening.
  • The evening begins with a light, casual ranch hand supper in the Arena where there will be crafts for the kids and a few other holiday treats to get the evening started.
  • Next, board the hayride tram for a short ride to the campfire site in the park.  This is the most popular part of the evening with a singing cowboy, s’mores by the fire and stars overhead.
  • The final stop of the evening is at the Ranch House of Mamie And A.P. George where a 1940’s USO party is in full swing with holiday music, cookies and more.

Most of the evening is outdoors, so dress for the weather, and there should also be plenty of space to distance for health and safety.  Join us for this great Historic Park tradition at The George Ranch.  Happy holidays!
