Mayor Tommy Kuykendall presented Fulshear’s annual State of the City address at Safari Texas Ranch. Kuykendall discussed Fulshear’s unique opportunities, as well as plans for managing its rapid growth. Traditional Christmas music was provided by members of the Lone Star Symphonic Band.
