About the positions
FBISD offers bus drivers a starting pay of $20.41 an hour, while bus driver trainees start at $15.71 an hour. Full-time drivers are eligible for benefits and retirement packages, and work schedules include evenings, weekends and holidays off. FBISD also offers paid training while individuals obtain their Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
