Dalton could not have picked a better time to jump in and learn the business. According to a recent press release by Houston Association of Realtors, home sales remain 25.9 percent ahead of 2020’s record pace. And again, homes priced from $750,000 and above, dominate the market with 136.5 percent year over year increase, followed by $500,000-750,000 homes, which soared 87.0 percent. The single family home average price rose 23.7 percent to $395,316, and the median price increased 20.0 percent to $314,500.
