Briscoe Junior High student Nicko Lloyd expressed his aspirations to become a police officer in a letter to Briscoe’s Officer James Edge, and on March 9th, Lloyd was officially recognized as an Honorary Lamar CISD Police Officer. Lloyd’s classmates also got to partake in the fun when the police and security officers showed up with custom Lamar CISD Police Department mugs for each student, donuts and their official police vehicles that the class toured and enjoyed.
