New Year and New Beginnings!

Happy 2019 Brazos readers! It’s a New Year of new beginnings, new traditions and resolutions. For me it will definitely be new beginnings and traditions as our family welcomed a precious grandson in 2018. Our holidays were more magical and childlike as new traditions and celebrations began. I’m not big on setting resolutions personally, but if you have set some resolutions, here are some tips to help you achieve them. Keep a journal, be more productive, stop procrastinating and always have more fun and go on more adventures!
Have you visited Richmond or Rosenberg’s Historic Downtowns lately? If not, you are really missing out. Both historical districts are flourishing with unique boutiques, restaurants, wine bars, antique shops, art galleries, quaint event venues and more. They are both charming and filled with a storied history. If you haven’t made a trip to see what’s going on, check out our new absolutely! Historic Downtown pages. I hope you will be inspired to take a venture downtown in 2019!

Last month the Richmond State Supported Living Centers’ (RSSLC) Project Noel was highlighted. This month our Hometown Heroes page highlights two outstanding community volunteers from RSSLC.
